Return & Refund Policy

EXEALA is committed to your satisfaction

The return policy is divided into three parts. Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Return and Refund for the items purchased from our store is acceptable within the 7 days from the delivery date.

You can return a product if it is not a part of the non-returnable list and if you have received:

  1. An incorrect product (if the product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags)
  2. A damaged/defective product
  3. If you have placed a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:

I) the items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and is not damaged or tampered in any condition.

ii) the seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition.

Please follow the 4 steps outlined below to return your goods to Exeala:

Step 1.

Please email us at info@exeala.in to contact our customer services team and notify them of the product you would like to return. You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return and reason why you would want to return it.

Step 2.

Once you have received a confirmation that we will accept a return for your product, please make sure you indicate whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that for the return to be processed you must ensure that your return package and the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them along with the original receipt of purchase.

Step 3.

Please schedule a return for your package with the courier provider designated by our Customer Care Team. You must also provide the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order documentation.

Step 4.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. Confirmation of return depends on the validity of reason of return as per the return policies stated in first section. You will be notified immediately that we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if your product has been opened or used. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. You can choose to opt for refund in form of cash or credit. During busy, holiday or non-working periods, please allow up to 15 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Exeala as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges will be paid by Exeala.
