Delivery Terms
You are fully responsible to ensure the authenticity and validity of the delivery address and details provided along with it to ensure delivery process is done without failure. If you are unable to collect the order in your delivery address due to unavoidable circumstances, your representative can collect the order on your behalf by presenting a valid copy of ID proof.
Missed Delivery
If you encounter any missed delivery, please contact our Customer Care team to reschedule delivery. If you have already missed the delivery appointment, an agent from our delivery partner will make a second attempt to contact you either by email or mobile SMS to inform you of the missed delivery and will set a new time for another delivery. Despite our reasonable attempts to arrange re-delivery, we would hold the for 7 days after which the order will be cancelled automatically, and you will not be entitled for a refund.
